Pre-Order Units

The pre order units look pretty good, but will they be available besides during the pre order thing? I really would like to have the harko unit, but I don't want to pay so much to get the game right away.

The pre-order units will be made available to everyone by westwood 2 weeks after E:BFD is released, although I wouldn't be surprised to see them psoted here a lot earlier than that.

Ya the pre order units will be for any1 with the internet so they can download them frome www.westwood.com

The pre-order units are a special "gift" from WW to anyone who supports the launch of the game by pre-ordering it. Only certain stores are participating though so you need to check which ones. I read somewhere that WW/the retailor have a code on a piece of paper which is added your boxed version of the game and you then enter it at www.westwood.com I presume to get your free units. I wouldn't be suprised to see the code up on the message board a few days after it's release though, so there's no need to rush out and get it really. I also heard there was going to be an extra CD containing the E:BFD soundtrack which would also be included wih pre-orders, but you had to pay
