Bad Password When Logging In

When i try and multiplay on the net it downloads channels, then states bad password.  So, I confirmed my details in an e-mail from them, and yep, i was right, proper password, not bad............

Any ideas why???????????

I would be so chuffed to be back playing online  after 2 years without.

It is XWIS, yeah ?

It says Downloading Channles, THEN states Bad Password ? Eerk, sounds wrong round way.

Have you tried using the XWIS tool and using the "Test" button ? Using that might give more info on what is causing it.
