I have taken a parallel-port floppy drive from an old Olivetti Echos P100, and attemped to connect it to the back of my new laptop, currently running XP SP1. However, I cannot find any drivers for the thing, and am wondering if anyone knows of any (or some other way of getting it to work). It doesn't register on plug and play, and LS120 drivers don't work.

Hm, I tried that too, and I think I recognise the second site.

Problem is firstly that none of them really seem to be drivers for the FDD, and secondly that none seem to be drivers for XP, which is not backwards compatible with 95/98/Me VxD drivers.
