help running dune 2 on xp

i need help running dune 2 on windows xp every time i try to run it i get a message stating: "C:DUNE2DUNE2.PIF  Invalid startup directory, please check your pif file."  but there is no pif file in the dune 2 directory.

i just tested mine.  you have to open command prompt (START>>programs>>accessories>>command prompt)

then type

cd c:/dune2

press enter

then type

dune2

when you quit just type exit on the prompt
