Problem with diablo2: Lord of distruction.

Although this is a site for emp, i thought maybe you guys could help me with diablo 2. I installed Diablo 2, but when i try to install the expansion, i get this error(the picture). it says "please insert diablo disc 2 labled "play disc". I did. It will load a few percent and then i will get that message again. If i click "ok" again, it goes away for a second or two and pops back up. What should i do?[attachment archived by Gobalopper]

Aren't you lucky?, Blizzard have a support issue on their website describing this exact behaviour ::)
