    In EBFD rules.txt, the Turrets IMSardaukarGun and IMADVSardaukarGun (and maybe others) have the tag "TurretDisableIfUnitDeployed". What does this do? Neither the Sardaukar nor Sardaukar Elite can deploy (like an MCV), so what's the purpose?
