ok, i tried to install d2k on my xp home. halfway thru it froze. lkiterally it froze when it reched 50% i did the compatibility BS on every damn executable file on the cd. tried installing three more times. again freezage at 50% at one point i was notified of a virus in the westwood d2k files, but how the F could a virus get onto a read only cd? its the standars store bought game (not copied or burned - its the original disc) can someone please help me out?
