I saw a mod for Emperor a long time ago. It had new units and shit. I was thinking about making a Tiberian Sun mod for it seeing how it appears to be a simple engine but nice graphics that aren't so complex that you'd need a ton of people to help out. So my question is, where are the modding tools and why shouldn't I pick emperor to mod?
