guys why I dont see the servers help me plz :( i wanna play online!

I cant see any servers . when I get into the "chat" it say's welcome to RA' Servers. Empbot Aware something like that. i dont see any people or servers. why?

P.s , sorry for double post but how I use XSWIC tool? tnx :P

Apo's Magical Mini-Patch is a real MUST patch ? I'm having problems in the game when its about online gaming... sometimes it crashes , dont work , dont connect...really lmao installed 3 times already ;x now im installing and patching to 1.9 ...what else to do? can someone explain me what the XWIS tool do ? and about creatin acc' ...how to ? I've read already the guide but...didint provide me any anwsers. thank you , avi :)
