when ever i try to play multi player it just says error starting internet componets, check installation is correct or somethin like that, so then i went back into the installation program and checked register online box, but then it says error unable to connect to westwood online, install westwood shared internet componets, er any ideas to wat to do?

ok im kinda new to this computer stuff so bare with me... i've resently installed ebft on xp and when i start the game, all that happenes is the loadin screen on the desktop appears (no black screen)>:( any suggestions?
