be careful with SP1. We installed it on our nieghbours comp, and guess what? good old microsoft stuff buggered it up. it needed a full re-install of XP, therefor loosing all programs installed, or so it seemed, but strangely they were still there, but they werent there as they wouldnt run. the files were there, and the space they took up, but they didnt run. then, we tried downloading SP1, and as microsoft thought it would be a good idea to make it so that if you start installing SP1 over the internet, once you start it, if your connection cuts out, then you have to re-install WinXP. lucky us. that had to happen. oh the joys of 56k. so, we re-installed WinXP for the second time. after that, we had to re-install WinXP several times, all because of SP1. just warning you of the dangers of SP1. ;)

ok. i signed up at least a week ago now, i know i used the right address. how long does it take to get a reply?? i used a hotmail account, i know that some signup things dont let you use hotmail or similar accounts to sign up. does that make a dfference in this case?

this isnt on the topic subject really but i would reccomend an Athlon64 instead of a P4. On paper, some may argue that the P4 is better, but try the P4 and then the Athlon 64 and feel the difference! especially when Windows XP 64 bit edition comes out --->Dude2000<---

hey all jus picked up another copy of dune2000, i have another copy knocking around but in the mess thats called my pc desk it has become lost ages ago. i bought another copy after watchin m mate play C&C and i thought, hey im gonna play dune2K again because its so great! i'll be on multiplayer soon, so im lookin forward to playin some of u guys --->Dude2000<---
