New map: Col du Mont Cenis

A map about the first rail crossing of the Alps from France to Italy.

Requires a mastery of drop shipping, and running multiple (ok 2) companies.

I *think* I've got all the bugs out. 

I really need to run through it once more to verify the medal events all work.  It takes me a full evening to run through this map, and I missed the gold by 3 months on my last attempt :-(.

Asn always comments and suggestions invited.  Or even just an acknowledgement you've attempted it.

Personally, I think the start is a bit too easy, offset by the time allowed being a bit too short.  Also, the difficulty is largely dependant on the randomness in location of the starting industries.
