can't install code doesnt work

ok i have a bad problem...i am trying to instal EBFD but after reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions it says type in the serial code and for some reason it wont let me use any letters... the code is

Your serial # should be all numbers, no letters. It is on the back of the cd case. Where did you get this install code?

Also, next time, just hit the "Modify" button in your post instead of double posting ;).

ok i got the game at a garage sale lol  all four disks, the booklet, and everything, the first time i tried it it worked and now i have moved so i just tried the serial number too 5 030930 026066 and it doesnt work iether... what now?
