well i think i did everything OK but not sure case it dint work.

I download the 1.09 patch,i got the XWISC i put the server IP on it like it says in the instructions, i got the EmpBot and i got Patch_V5 not sure what that does..., well wen i try to play i go in the game,not the server,then in the game i go to Multiplayer-internet,i put my nickname and password, and it says Bad Password all the time... so please some one tell me what is wrong !!!  ???  thanks.

Hi, are you using a legit copy of the game, or did you download it? There is a limit to how many niks per serial number on RA's server. Once this limit is exceeded you will get the bad password message. So if you are using a downloaded serial or one from a key-gen that is already maxed out, that could be why.

Also if you set the top line in the XWIS tool to 195.13.63.187, that is XWIS, and they check serials. So if your's isn't legit, you can't play there. We all play on 64.212.211.93, so put that in the top line of the XWIS tool and hit the "set" button.

The patch V5 is Apollyon's mini patch and it increases the zoom range for the view. It also does a couple of other things, like change the radar fog from black to white, and change the colors available for your team.
