I cannot install Dune 2000 with Windows XP

Hi, I just discovered Dune 2000 and bought him to remember Dune2

I don't have a requirement pb (pretty recent laptop inside)

However, when I click on the install icon, I have the following error :  Windows 16 bits, C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not compatible with MS-DOS or Microsoft Windows applications, Close  Ignore 

I tried to use the compabitibility assistant (and work on Win 95 and 98) but the same error message keeps appearing.

WHAT CAN I DO?

C:WindowsSystem32Autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
