Eh...

My PC's been lagging like hell lately. It's typically pretty quick and concise but now it seems to be stuttering along. I defrag every one to two days, and I have about four times in the last two days or so using Perfect Disk 7.0. Also, I always use disk cleanup, and I've scanned with Microsoft Antispyware (latest updates), and eTrust Antivirus (latest updates), and nothing came up. Windows has the latest updates too, and the only thing on start up is Microsoft Office which doesn't lag. Any ideas?
