It would cut off a piece of ordos territory that was currently unavailable due to sand storms. And if i captured that piece the piece with sandstorms would be completely surrounded by my territory. So i eliminated the enemy and when I returened to the map of the planet, the sucker is still marked as a piece of ordos territory. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ok I guess there is no way around it.
