I have tried to attack a piece of territory that was crucial to my mind. It would cut off a piece of ordos territory that was currently unavailable due to sand storms. And if i captured that piece the piece with sandstorms would be completely surrounded by my territory. So i eliminated the enemy and when I returened to the map of the planet, the sucker is still marked as a piece of ordos territory. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I guess there is no way around it. That was a nice practice session. :)

I don't know if I still have that save game, but sure. I already took both pieces of territory from Ordos.

I went and retried that save game. It worked. The only time that happens I think is when there is a sand storm in that piece of territory.
