Has anybody heard this guy speak? It is kinda an odd obsession for me. He has been a professor for many famous institutions. It is a fresh perspective, and an intelligent one he gives. He talked with an interviewer on pbs, and talked about a range of things from john coltrain to jesus and other issues. It is neat because we almost always agree with eachother. Granted, he is much more educated than me, but still it is neat! the best thing though that I saw him on was a Cspan show. It had him and many other intellectuals who happened to be black, and were interested in the history of africans in america and other western nations. The show was creative though. Each of the people had to act as if they were certain famous africans in history, and become these people to argue various debates. Though he really wasent a fan in many ways of malcolm X, he had to reinact him, and he did it so well that I was amazed. They talked about many things, like issues ranging from the benefits of becoming slaves in the americas, the repression blacks faced, the spiritual evolution of black culture.

This guy though has the coolest mind I know, do any of you know this guy?
