Game freezes when I pick a faction in single player campaign.

Never mind I figured out what it was. I had to go in and turn off vertical sync In the Nvidia Control panel. -
The game freezes when I pick a faction in a single-player campaign seems every time I pick the faction, it crashes, and I have to close down the program on Windows 11 anyone know why and any way to fix this?
