Funny this thread should pop up... I've working on extracting everything from the game with a few batch scripts modified from the above Zenhax finds. With help from Watto (of GameExtractor fame) we cracked the .PK2 format of the expansion packs too so we have nearly everything, except for the object shadows which have odd formatting. Nearly done though, will report back when finished - in the meantime, have a search on twitter, I posted a mega folder of most of the vanilla game's sprites there only a few months ago. 🙂
