Help with 'wrong disk inserted'problem

Sorry for tagging onto this but ... I've had the same problem. Got mine from Amazon, and tried all the tips I can find, turning off Anti Virus Etc Etc. Also had replacement discs, but no joy, still get : Wrong Disk Inserted. Any info appreciated
