Ruby Railroad

Pretty much what it says on the topic title. Platinum has two songs in the data that never play in-game - Chi-town Blues and When am I goin' Home. I'm curious if anyone was ever able to come up with a way to add them to the in-game music rotation, or if they're just going to remain as extra content.
