Fixed Hamachi support

After reading the old Hamachi thread and reading so much stupid crap about "ZOMG 1.0.1.5 ONLY" I gave something a try. Under my test, I had Hamachi 1.0.1.1 with IPX configured. My testing partner had 1.0.1.5 with IPX configured. I just dropped the CnC/RA LAN Patch into Dune200 directory. Worked like a charm.
