OK well I run vista, I was smart and figured out how to get the IPX installed, EVERY other IPX game works for me. Easy enough. Dune 2000, doesn't even have the LAN button! I have my wired connection at the top of my priority list for the adapters, tried every com patability mode, tried hamachi to get around it, IPX emulators just don't work anymore. I'm lost, I'm giving up, I need help here. MY solution was to try it on my dual-boot XP, same problem. MY NEXT solution was virtual machines! VMware. Loaded in XP. Everything works, i see the LAN button! BUT there are black line cutting across the screen and its unplayable, -g makes the screen stay blank, com patability modes don't change it, I've tried everything! Some help with this would be acceptable to. I leave it to those who wish to help, if you can fix any one of my solutions so I can play via LAN i would be eternally thankfull!
