I was having trouble sometimes with emperor not starting up properly it would show the emperor box and then stop. I would ctr alt del and close all the stuff and then try again and might get lucky or probably would have to try again. Well turns out that emperor was made for win98 and this is a common problem I had a friend of mine work on the executable and now have a fixed one. Anyone using emperor 1.09 can download this just put it in your emperor folder and if you want rename you original emperor emperor2 to back it up.
