Hi ... I'm new to this forum, just registered today. I played D2k obsessively since its introduction, not so much the last few years. That was on an old Alienware Area51 desktop with WindowsME. I've since (years later) replaced it with an ALX laptop running Windows Vista Ultimate. Can't seem to be able to even install the game from my original CD? I'm very impressed, and encouraged, that Dune 2000 mavens still exist, so long after Westwood abandoned the franchise. Any suggestions re. how I can resurrect the game on my circa 2007 technology platform ..... and integrate myself into this community? SGTMJR (retired)
