In my country (EU-Romania) u can order it and pay for the package when u pick it up from the POST. Can't u do that?!

First of all, my Emperor(original) won't work on WinXP!, and I got the 1.09 patch..using autoupdate, because I have no ideea where the official site is :( Has Westwood abandoned this great game?!, anyway...please offer me some assistance.
