As you can see on this video that other user posted (i cant find the thread now) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAq_dNVdx9A&feature=youtu.be they can change the diplomacy of the houses inside a started game. How is that possible? On a minor side they can chat, is there any hotkey to use the chat? Sorry if already been asked.
