There is a problem, when i played a few games they were slow, wheres the speed gone :(

It looks like i need another serial number but I dunno where to get one other than paying for one. I would ask for one if people don't go on emperor internet but i might get banned from here if i asked. :(

I have a shared internet connection by broadband router and want to play internet game with 3 of my family members or them on at the same time as me, I get the problem where 1 of the computers says "serial number used" 2 can get on just fine. Please Help. I dunno whether i'll need a new serial number or not.
