Goal: Independence Day 1800. Congress is moving to it's new Capitol in a brand new city. Your help is needed for the "First Party."
Author's Comments: It is just after midnight on June 11, 1800. The USA birthday committee has been planning for months the first Independence Day party in the new city. You have just been commissioned to build the first railroad into the new Capitol and move not only the people for the party, but, also the archives, fireworks, food and party spirits... ...by noon July 3, 1800.
