As they were racing towards the sight of their battle loss,Grasikk felt a sudden jerk.

"What was that?!'

He roared.

"Sir, it appears to be...wormhole of some sort...Wait! Alien forces are coming out of there!It seems... they are engaging another alien fleet...readings show that they arehuman vessels.'

Grassikk absentmindedly waved his hand.

"Kill them all!"

Sol'Azret was down on thier new palnet for the first time, it seemed to be a really good plant, and jugdeing form the way his people looked and behaved it was a good planet.

The remainder of the Anarotross defenses around the planet Remus had been destroyed, and their reinforcements had been forced to flee. The Covenants were now ready to begin the invasion of the planet itself. Covenant dropships entered the atmosphere unchallenged and deployed shocktroops at various locations across the planet. Mistakingly, they were assuming this would be an easy conquest.

Private Jarul stould inline with the rest of his squad in their bunkhouse slash bunker. From here they were invisible from the scanners of the ships in orbit, but there wasn't much time till the invading troops would discover them. They would be ready by then.

Jural and most of the others in the bunker had been brought to this planet 4 years ago to undergo reeducation in one of many aq-Deti training camps on the planet. Here they had undergone immense amounts of physical and mental torture, supposedly so that they would become model citizens and be allowed to return home afterwards.
