Rubinstein has said that scripts are already underway for the last three books of the Dune Chronicles. So far the Sci-fi Channel hasn't greenlighted any new miniseries, but Bonnie Hammer is quoted as saying that if CoD gets good enough ratings, there will be more Dune.
