Phase 1; Note to selves ~ that Dune Two Grand is the precise version for it's own specified measurements; this can only mean if or not for the same, similar or unrelated plan, schedule and courses for the same franchise will only be precisely equivalent if matching history is found your personal placement's, content's or foundation's link which might result surveys, questioning and comments for your own version, simulation or composition for the original franchise (Incase you're insufficient on any previous, original or important actors, stunt doubles or replacements it is recommended to make a newer, improved or altered version for the existing franchise revealing history, category or correction links.) and to do this you'll have to compromised with it's history or make a new delta/series phase. If a portion, season or percentage for the original franchise already exist, this doesn't make your version incorrect.

Phase 2; Make the title for your original franchise compatible to the history or make an alpha series to be compromised as another historic era with other characters.

Phase 3; Give your alpha or scripted franchise categories like fun, original, realistic, dramatic or reconjunctionized.

Phase 4; After you've successfully tested all the scenes, tasks and phases with your own terrains, elements and possibilities then you can finally practice in perfecting the franchise's theme, glamor and composition for a player's or guest's appeal, interest and rating.

Requirements; Alterations, improvement or representations for object, terrain and task in your franchise. Advise, assistance and utilities for conjunctionization, replacements and qualities. Achievement, equivalence and unity to create prefix, activity and purpose for your guests, players and personnel.

My apologizes if my advise wasn't comprimizably compressible enough for in areas. I advise that you to retreave the required materials and repurpose, improve and test it. If you can't decide on where to start then you can in phases starting with making a folder with a name, edition and season for your Dune Two Grand series then download all the materials required to create it. Different .exe program reacts to data according to their encoded data. Download Dune 2000, notepad++, TibEd v1.71 and more on the complete utility index on this forum. Feel free to request for image, content and advice according to your specifications. You can also request for a specialist's assistance in particularities.

I must confess that I remain quite confused, but if you are offering assistance with modding, I'm sure you'll be quite happy to know that I already have one in progress! And, I do happen to need a bit more spritework done. I would get it done myself if no one else does, but in the meantime I'm focused on mapping.

I'm not all that good with coding. I've done it before for Doom, but I'm reeeally not interested in pursuing greater knowledge of coding since I burned myself out hard on it while modding Doom. I've done TibEd v1.71 modding and some graphical work too.

Here are some examples of the graphical work I've done already.
The Heighliner tileset: https://forum.dune2k.com/topic/27863-release-heighliner-tileset/
Storm Lasher megaturret: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=me-gH4G_1xA
New Combat Tank body: https://prnt.sc/meei8z
Golden Lion Barracks: https://i.imgur.com/kjIQhWl.png

The Heighliner tileset isn't actually a mod, but rather a new tileset that's completely compatible with the original game. It can be used without replacing any other files. The Storm Lasher is part of my gameplay mod and requires editing of both gameplay rules and graphics data to appear properly in-game. I drew it myself. The new Combat Tank body is purely aesthetic and features dark treads and stripes along the sides, making it much easier to identify on the battlefield. I also drew those new CT frames myself. The Golden Lion Barracks serves as the Imperial and Tleilaxu Barracks in my mod, and it was drawn completely from scratch by my sister. I made the necessary modifications to give it a shadow, transparency, and faction colors in-game.

The Heighliner tileset downloadable in the linked thread comes packed and ready for use with Klofkac's Map & Mission Editor, as it has been configured by yours truly. I've also worked up a mini-campaign to showcase possible map designs, and how the aesthetics are meant to work together.

The Golden Lion Barracks is actually unfinished and doesn't have a "damaged" sprite yet. That's the spritework I would need to do, although I also intend to further update Klofkac's Map & Mission Editor to include the graphics from my mod and touch up a few buildings. Like the Ordos Light Factory, for instance, which mistakenly has a bunch of gray pixels in the damaged sprite where there are supposed to be colors.

So... heck, if what you're saying is that you'd be able to do some spritework, I would majorly appreciate it if you could do the damaged Golden Lion Barracks sprite for me. It would save me an afternoon and evening, or two. :)

Umm, alright. I'll be around. :)

If you need the raw sprite file, just ask! I'll upload it here, mate.

This'll be good for other folks too. The stuff I've worked on so far is out there for anyone else to work with. Provided, of course, that no one tries to take credit for creating said stuff. :PAnyway, the more stuff we've got completed, the better!
