Search these forums for .PAK file extractors and use them to extract sounds from the specific .PAK file. I'm not sure if this is the way to extract sounds, I'm not very experienced in Dune 2, but probably the sounds are in SOUND.PAK. (You should search every .PAK file except the Houses', SCENARIO & other that are obvious).
