C. capture ruined atreides base , bring ix research centerD make sonic tanks, and quads with missile tanks aroundE. manage to get 3 high tech factory <atreides version> upgrade them and hold airtrikeF. build 40 troopers and take them with escort to second base , ther is alot of turrets. troopers can destroy them. tanks needed to kill trikes and siege tankstake you army into atreides base, and start mass destruction, destroy first high tech factory, then refineries and construction yard.. after some time bring enginers to capture them all. important is to learn to survive attack forces that go agaist your base Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
X3M Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 Why trying to get 3 high tech factories? just 1 is enough? Or 2, if you want 1 spare.In my version, the speed for air strike wont get up. If it would, I would just go mass.My approach is about the same till point 7, then I simply go mass combat tanks and trike's. I build 3 repair pads far from each other. The Atreides seem to like to air strike the repair pads.I don't build devastators, they are to slow when dealing with siege tanks and missile tanks.Frequently repair units, specially when the air strike just has hit. How weird, mine is automatic just like Palace special.@PCmanAh, you are building your buildings to close to each and another. And you need to get some slabs first.
