Gwizz Posted May 19, 2005 Share Posted May 19, 2005 I hired Twitchell so I could buy stock at a 15% discount.Then got to thinking, does he also offer help if I sell stock or am I also selling at a discount.Doe anybody know?I finally hired him with a small AI RR I started and I take over the AI when I want to buy stock and go back to my main RR company when I want to sell stock. JSS Posted May 19, 2005 Share Posted May 19, 2005 Gwizz, I all the time used him (and others like him) under the impression that stocks are just devalued down for whatever percentage which also includes the selling price. In some of my more extensive stock dealings I separate purchasing from selling and change the chairman. But I do not recall ever actually testing this to see if this assumption is correct. Gwizz Posted May 20, 2005 Author Share Posted May 20, 2005 I noticed the price of stock didn't change when I hired the manager. So the discount must be added when I buy stock using the manager. I guess it would not be hard to figure out. But then by using the manager at the AI company should solve the problem of not knowing for sure.
