Do you like the idea of not having to build Maintenance Sheds and Water Towers? Do you like to make lots of money for yourself? Are you interested in learning about the early history of Micigan and her towns and cities? If you answered yes to all the questions above (OK, even if you answered no to the last question) then this scenario is for you. There are a number of interesting features in this scenario, and although it's not as structured as AZRR in terms of historical accuracy, it makes for a fun play.
