There still isn't any news on whether Sega.Net will be taking over where Heat left but it doesn't look that. You also have to pay for many of Sega.Net's services. I asked Franz of PopTop about this and he said the following, "We don't know what the future of RT2 with Sega.net will be if anything? When we know we'll post something."
