First one:

A former member of the parliament (and vice-president of the lawyer's union in Athens-please see http://www.nd.gr/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=9131&Itemid=200 for more details) and active politician's son who serves in the navy was caught on camera bringing the most famous pornostar here in Greece inside the War Museum in Athens at 4:30 in the night!

WARNING following photo link may be unsuitable for minors (depending on local laws).  If you are not of legal age first consult your parents before viewing the link. Same applies in case you find this material offensive.

Leaked video from War Museum camera (non offensive material here):

Why is a politician's son serving in the War Museum-just a few minutes from his house, whereas other people's sons serve for months in isolated isles or ships and submarines all over the world and don't see a woman even with binoculars?

Why is a politician's son allowed to bring a whore inside an army building, even worse in the rooms where the soldiers retire, at 4:30 in the night, whereas other people's sons are not allowed to return to their base after midnight?

Ηow can such a politician request our vote and control the fate of our country or how he judged other lawyers for violations when he cannot control his own family? And even worse is spoiling his family by the favors he does to them?

How can such politicians request us to work hard, do sacrifices, and pay heavy taxes to get the country out of the economic crisis, when they are doing the opposite?

Why do such politicians request us to work hard, do sacrifices, and pay heavy taxes? Maybe because we have to be their slaves so their family can spend our sweat with whores and on luxury vacations?

Of course army took proper action after this was revealed (sentenced to 1+1 month imprisonment and transferred in an island, officers removed). But would it have taken action if this incident didn't leak to the media?

Please keep in mind that this is not an isolated incident but just a piece of the puzzle of general corruption. Much more to be posted soon.

Ops! This doesn't belong so much on this thread. Yet consider who benefits from illegal drugs and especially illegal cannabis. If smoking is not illegal why not cannabis?

http://www.hemp.com/ And much more can be said about the usage of cannabis.

You have been saying that you are a religious person. But your smoking a substance that dramatically alters your physical-sensical state of mind; and that it enhances your religious state of coherency?

By the way, we are not debating what is illegal and legal to smoke.

Abortion is legal in the USA through all nine months of pregnancy, up to the moment of labor, does that make it right?

June's fiery topic of 'two males in Malawi', does that make it 'right'?

Evolution must be taught to each and every school-child in the USA as a near-accepted theory, does that make it right?

Was that on another thread or did I miss something it just sounded like he was talking about the the uses of hemp other than as a psychotropic drug.  Hemp plants are quite durable and the fibers inside can be used to make a large number of materials from biodegradable plastics and cement to paper.  Considering how quickly it grows it would be alot more environmentally friendly then cutting down trees, and just like it can be bred to produce more and more THC it can also be bred to produce less.  The general distrust of the cannabis genus is misplaced, its like banning all dogs because someone produced an aggressive breed and it mauled someone.  Its not the plants fault its just a resource thats been misused.

Correct. There are also many medical usages of cannabis. It is a hypocrisy to allow synthetic drugs that mimic cannabis and not the real thing which probably i much much cheaper and easier to produce. It is a matter of money and the big guys who control fuel, raw materials, food an so the rest of us ErasOmnius. Please do some research.

Just think cannabis is easy to cultivate and yields a lot:

Biofuel

Clothes

Eco friendly material for cars instead of steel.

Food (seeds)

And when did the prohibition on cannabis started?

-

Whatever is defiling the body is unacceptable for a Christian. so I neither smoke the one nor the other (tobacco). But all should have the freedom to decide for their own bodies. Not to need to be strained from their money to smoke cannabis. Where does all that black money end to and what are the consequences on the society?

This is a PINK cover up exposed:

Countless pink phone calls from the 3(!) office phones of a certain emploee in ERT (Greek Radio Television - Yes the scum government channel we are unconstitutionally forced to pay for). An investigator revealed the case only to be sacked and the offender was defended in court by the channel's lawyers! Then who made the calls? These p**s who make the internal investigations are so thick skinned to not give details as to who is responsible for such a waste of money that are illegally sucked from our pockets-money that pays their salaries too?

The phone calls were of very long duration according to the leaked info in the media. Since nobody can self abuse himself for so long, even if he is a civil servant (LOL), does this imply that the phone calls were made intentionally by a 'smart' emploee(s) to fund those phone-porno companies and get a share?

Glad you changed your tag-line.

In the unraveling of Greece's economy; what is the role of the cost of the Olympics, and of the Rion Bridge?

Olympics ruined our economy and to add on it we were forced by the leading capitalist countries to buy scrap stuff. Yes the very same countries that brought us in today's deplorable condition. This is not a conspiracy theory. They want Greece poor and week to loot our hidden wealth. Of course soon they will get their answer.

The bridge at Rion is a huge investment.

Oh my God! So many cases of corruption here in Greece. Simply you cannot follow what is revealed on a daily basis...

Just for those who can understand the Greek language and are interested on the subject watch on EXTRA3 (TV) 'Αποκαλυπτικό Δελτίο'.

Yesterday a journalist was murdered and we are all shocked.

http://www.kathimerini.gr/4dcgi/_w_articles_kathremote_1_19/07/2010_347306 (In Greek)

To summarize: According to the police the evidence points to a specific terrorist organization. He leaves back a widow and an 3 years old orphan.

Either someone wanted to shut his mouth or he was a misinformation/propaganda pawn so a valid target of that organization.

I envy your confessor. It must be a shock for the priest, when you come to him and confess the sin of anger because all the people around you are SO TERRIBLY EVIL!!! Ok, this is addressing just the first post.

Why is somebody a "valid target" when he makes propaganda? Murder is bad in any way.

Confession isn't for weak. It is easier to persuade yourself alone your action was ok, than to face the fact you've broken the covenant towards God to another person. It needs a lot of effort both to confess yourself and to accept the priest's opinion as well. It requires a certain level of humility to reach anything by it. It is an expression of moral strength and belief in God. Your presupposition comes probably from the usual error of depicting confession as a kind of psychological help. This aspect is there, but it is primarily a way to improve yourself.

About anger, Jesus told something about loving enemies and turning the other cheek...I would check it for an exact quote if you wish  ;)

First I am not a Catholic, second anger and wrath are qualities of God, thus as we are created according to his image we are expected to reflect those qualities too.

Weak people need a confessor and a big brother. What a perfect way to keep the masses asleep and in subjection! Oh, my! I sound like a communist here but it is the truth!

When God shows wrath, it is His justice, as He defines what is good by His acts. The parallel between divine and human wrath is implausible because human wrath is a passion, a phenomenon caused by flesh, as the passage from Galatians says. Your passions, your flesh reflect God? Do you really believe you've understood Paul's point there?  ::)

Weak people? Many Catholics in fact omit confession. They don't want to open themselves. It's hard. Try it for yourself and then judge.

James 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

About confession:

James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

John 20: 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

Acts 19:18 And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.

Joshua 7: 19 And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide it not from me.

(So we confess to God, but tell it to a man and we hide not)

Priests are not necessary as a mediator between God and man according to the following verse.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men

A priest is "another" as well, there is no reason, why they should be excluded. Priests, on the other hand, represent the ecclesiastical authority and traditionally accepted power to give the sacrament of penance. If you ask for forgiveness those whom you wronged, it's nice and praiseworthy, but not every sin is aimed at the others.

Agreed, priests are "another."  However sometimes priests are viewed as exluding all others (the protestant reformation may've been in part a reaction to this). Historically an interesting illustration of the role of the priest granting pardons is in the example of the Roman Emperor Theodosia (378-395). As a christian emperor, Theodosia sought to eliminate the old roman religion, eliminate pagan roman holidays, as well as end the Olympic Games. However these actions did not hinder Ambrose, the Bishop of Milan, from refusing the Emperor of the Roman Empire to enter his church.  Several months later, after Theodosia confessed his sins to Ambrose, the Emperor was allowed into the church and receive the sacraments.  IMHO, Theodosia could've confessed his sins to anyone besides Ambrose but the threat of ex-communication forced him confess to the priest.

"Be wrathful, and yet do not sin; let the sun not set with you in a provoked state, neither allow place for the Devil."-Ephesians 4:26,27.

"Let all malicious bitterness and anger and wrath and screaming and abusive speech be taken away from you along with all badness."-Ephesians 4:30, 31.

So it is evident that a Christian should be wrathful but on the same time he should be cautious, as he is not perfect like YHWH, not to allow his wrath to lead him in a behavior or even worse an action that is wrong. A christian should be ready to forgive the wrongdoer but ONLY when the wrongdoer repents for his error and asks forgiveness.

Since the persons I have exposed above not only do not repent for their errors but even worse attack those who expose them by lawsuits or call the people who are angered by their wicked acts mentally unbalanced my wrath and the wrath of millions of people who suffer from their vile acts will continue to pile up. May YHWH pay them a hundredfold!

These verses sound to me like be wrathful if someone wants to be bad from you, but otherwise "malicious bitterness and anger and wrath and screaming and abusive speech" is counted under "badness". When Jesus was crucified he asked God to forgive his executioners, for they "didn't know what they do". Should he've been wrathful and called angels for help, like one of his cross colleagues suggested?
