House_Corrino Posted November 19, 2001 Share Posted November 19, 2001 Kindjals and a couple snipers (or freman warriors) are awsome for defense. Place them on infantry rock and they're almost always guarenteed the first (and the last) shot. The kindjal fire will kill any ground unit before they can retaliate, and the snipers will finish off the occasional infantry rush. Flame tanks can't get by it without massive losses, so inkvines are probably the only counter for it. Their losses will be far greater in money than your's. This offers an strong, cheap base defense that can quickley decimate most ememy attacks. Best of all, your units will get promoted, meaning veterans or elites will be defending your base. By the way, on that guild heighliner Atriedes mission I used one elite sniper to complete the whole thing. It took a while, but I did it. Those things are awesome in those kind of missions.
