It looks like some linux apps are able to sync and do this as well.The persons computer is messed up (one of those never formatted in 5 years type), and installing itunes not currently possible. Although I don't want to install it because it will run slow on it anyway. add/remove in windows shows itunes installed even though it isn't. an error given when trying to remove it or installing it. Yah, Yah I'll be formatting it sometime. Probably put windows XP and ubuntu on it (currently has winxp).Basic computer specs: 512mb ram, AMD 2.0ghz (single core).So basically screw itunes, it's bloated anyway. So how to add mp3 to ipod shuffle? Is it true that itunes is required to put mp3 on? Terrible product.
