leo Posted May 12, 2004 Share Posted May 12, 2004 There are a lot of very good Israeli special forces. The mossad is basically an intelligence agency but they operate many field units as well. Also we have a special 'sea commando" unit (shayetet) we have "sayeret matkal"(if any1 heard of the "Antebe" operation it was them) and we also have a special Unit of the Para-troopers called "Duvdevan"... and many more.Personally I don't think there is a best unit, they all are good. But when it comes to experience I think the Israeli units are the best. No1 knows when these units operate but from what I heard most of these units are on-job almost every day, sometimes even few times a day.
