If garrisoning one building counts, then age of empires should be the originator of garrisoning. And Emp does have a form of garrisoning, its called infantry rock/cover. Hey i just thought of a unit that could be a pain in the heiny for the Emp world, the Mirage tank. The Building would likely collapse and Besides, Most Ordos Units has long range and good speed, Although their chemical trooper's would rock on Infantry when garrisoning.
