Th si group would be one of the following:House AtreidesHouse Corrino (and Sardaukar)House HarkonnenHouse OrdosHouse Vernius (Ix)House RicheseFremenGuild of NavigatorsBene GesseritBene TleilaxAnd each group gets their own board.Its an idea which is used in the Dreamers of Dune forums and it works. Each house would have a House command (All the C in C's and what not) then house gaurds, the army, and finally the civillians.
