Kyle Posted July 5, 2003 Share Posted July 5, 2003 I installed the Dune 2000 patch 1.06 and everything worked fine except the noise of the fremen's gun changed to a very bizarre sound (not like the usual gun sound). Timenn Posted July 5, 2003 Share Posted July 5, 2003 It's not an error. It is done on purpose. With the patch, Westwood introduced a new sound to the Fremen gun. If you have seen the Dune movie you can understand what the sound represents. But otherwise:It's the sound of Fremen using a special device with amplifies there voice, so they can destroy units etc. with it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
